Terms of service

Last updated: 1 October 2026

1. Who we are

These terms are provided by Cervomorph Ltd (company number 17442032, registered office 128 City Road, London, England, EC1V 2NX) — "we", "us", "our". You can contact us at inquiries@cervomorph.com.

2. What these terms cover

These terms cover your use of this website (cervomorph.com) and the general terms on which we provide our services. Individual services and projects may have their own written agreement or product terms — where they do, those terms take precedence for that service.

3. Using this website

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. Please don't attempt to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access to any part of it, or scrape or copy it at scale without our permission.

4. Our content

The content on this website — text, design, logos and code — belongs to us (or our licensors) and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You're welcome to read, link to and share the site; you may not copy substantial parts of it or present it as your own without our written permission.

5. Services and projects

We provide software design, development and support services. The scope, deliverables, timelines and fees for any project are set out in a written proposal, statement of work or agreement between us and you. Nothing on this website is a binding offer to provide services.

6. Support

Our support commitments — including response times — are described on our support page and in any service agreement you hold with us. Where these differ, your service agreement wins.

7. Fees and payment

Fees for services are set out in the relevant agreement. Unless agreed otherwise, invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice. Prices for business customers are exclusive of VAT where applicable.

8. Intellectual property in deliverables

Unless a project agreement says otherwise, when we build something for you and you've paid for it, ownership of the specific deliverables passes to you. We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, libraries and know-how, and the right to reuse general skills and knowledge.

9. Availability

We aim to keep this website available and our services reliable, but we don't promise uninterrupted availability. We may occasionally suspend access for maintenance, security or updates.

10. Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). Subject to that, our total liability arising out of or in connection with this website is limited to £100, and our liability in connection with any service is governed by the relevant service agreement.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time — for example to reflect changes in our services or the law. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
