FAQ

Common questions

What does Cervomorph do?

We build software systems for our own operations — and make them available to other businesses once they've proven themselves in daily use.

Why the name Cervomorph?

Cervo comes from cervus, Latin for stag or deer; morph comes from Lagomorpha — the Ancient Greek λαγώς (lagos, "hare") and μορφή (morphē, "shape"), hare-shaped. Put together it's a deer crossed with a hare — a jackalope in all but name.

What technologies do you work with?

The right tool for the job: modern web, mobile-first interfaces, cloud infrastructure, payments and hardware integration. We choose reliable technology and use it well.

How fast is support?

Every message gets a reply within one working day — from an engineer, not a bot. Fixes ship in small, frequent releases; bigger changes go through a proper review before they reach a real user.

Do you build software for other businesses?

We build for ourselves first. When a system has proven itself in our own operations, we make it available to other businesses.

How do you handle data?

Data protection is built in: records stored per client, never shared, and GDPR-aligned handling throughout. See our privacy policy at cervomorph.com/legal/privacy — questions anytime at inquiries@cervomorph.com.
